Wire and tube condensers are air-cooled. They work for air-cooled commercial fridges. The tubing consists of 8-12mm diameter aluminum or copper tubes. The fins are 0.15-3mm thick aluminum or copper sheets spaced 8-12mm apart. The tubes circulate refrigerant while the fins absorb heat from the fridge/freezer interior. Wire and tube condensers are a popular choice due to high heat transfer, compact size, durability, and long lifespan.
