Cleaning the Door Seals

First unplug the fridge, then carefully remove the seals. Mix dish soap and warm water, dip a soft cloth in the solution, and gently scrub every inch of the seals. Avoid using overly abrasive or dirty cloths, which can damage the seals. The cleaner should be neutral pH to prevent corrosion.

Inspecting the Door Seals

Loose door seals are common in fridges. Inspect the seals and identify where the loose spots are.

1. If the loose spots are in the upper left and lower right corners, check if the screws are loose. Tighten them with a screwdriver and test if the door closes tightly.

2. For loose spots on the sides or top and bottom, use a blow dryer on high heat (around 60°C) to tighten the seals.

3. If the seals are detached, place foam or rubber padding underneath before screwing them back in place. Make sure to use appropriate sizes.

4. For best results, contact a professional to thoroughly inspect and quickly resolve the issue.

Proper cleaning technique and close inspection are key to maintaining commercial fridge door seals. Use soft cloths and neutral cleaners to prevent damage. Address loose spots as soon as they appear to keep the fridge hygienic and energy-efficient. With some care and maintenance, your commercial fridge will stay clean and functional for years.
